I'm Sayed Ibrahim, a software engineer focused on backend systems, AI, and data-intensive products. I enjoy taking ambiguous problems, architecting the system behind them, and shipping software that delivers measurable real-world outcomes.
My work spans government enterprise platforms, startup MVP engineering, and decentralized consensus systems. For the Qatar Ministry of Education & Higher Education, I built the Nashaat analytics platform to replace fragmented spreadsheet reporting with real-time automated decision intelligence across 100+ schools. Through Shifra Solutions and BrandMinder, I designed multi-agent AI pipelines and backend architectures that turn complex ideas into production-ready software.
I care deeply about the problem behind the code. Good engineering isn't about using the newest buzzword; it's about choosing the right constraints, building deterministic state boundaries, and ensuring software remains fast, observable, and maintainable under load.
